Anything you might ask before or after joining.

Mammoth publishes reviewed analyses every day across five analytical frameworks, and gives members access to the Mammoth College learning path. It also provides two dedicated MetaTrader 5 tools: the Mammoth Indicator, which displays the analyses on your chart, and the Mammoth Expert, which enforces money-management and risk-control rules.

No. Mammoth does not provide buy/sell signals, does not guarantee profits, does not manage anyone's account and does not open trades on your behalf. What you receive is professional analysis and structure for decision-making, not a ready-made instruction to buy or sell.

No. Executing trades is always up to you, and you never need to hand your broker or trading account password to the team. If anyone asks for your account password in Mammoth's name, do not respond and report it to support.

Final responsibility for every trade rests with the trader. Trading in financial markets carries inherent risk. Mammoth does not guarantee profits and does not compensate trading losses. Our role is to provide analysis, structure and decision-making tools, not to guarantee outcomes.

Analyses are published only between the London session open and one hour after its close. That is around 10:30 a.m. Tehran time while the UK observes daylight saving, and around 11:30 a.m. for the rest of the year. No new analysis is published outside that window, because we prioritise quality over volume.

The team publishes five standard analyses every day: ICT, Zero to Thousand, Mammoth Zones, Fundamental and Correlation Gap. Every analysis is reviewed by the team before publication and is not automated algorithm output. Access to each framework depends on your membership plan.

Mammoth College is the members' learning path. It includes foundation training, specialist courses for all five frameworks, mechanical setups, a library and reference documents. If you are a new member, start with the foundation training and work through one framework completely, with practice and backtesting, before moving to the next.

Yes. A free 7-day trial membership is available, and each account can activate it once. It includes one indicator licence and one expert licence, and gives access to the ICT and Fundamental frameworks.

The Telegram bot is designed for people who do not have a computer available and trade from their phone. It delivers the same analyses and information shown on the chart, directly in Telegram. The bot is available on the Iranian and Diamond plans.

Users inside Iran see the Iranian plan and can pay for it either in Toman through the rial gateway or with crypto. The USD plans are also available to them, payable with crypto. Users outside Iran see only the USD plans.

If a VPN is running, turn it off and reload the plans page. Rial payment gateways also generally do not work with a VPN enabled. If the problem persists, contact support.

As soon as the gateway confirms your payment, your membership is activated automatically. After paying, do not close the page — wait until you are returned to the site. If the page is closed, the payment is not confirmed and the gateway returns the amount to your account.

Keep the receipt or payment reference and contact support. Rial payment: if the amount was deducted but the payment failed, the bank normally returns it within 72 hours. Crypto payment: enter the network and wallet address carefully. Crypto transactions cannot be reversed. To follow up, send the transaction ID (TxID) to support.

Paid memberships last 30 days and the trial lasts 7 days. To renew, buy a new membership before the current one ends — remaining days are not lost and are added to the new period.

Access to the Indicator, the Expert, files and the Telegram bot depends on an active membership and is deactivated when the period ends. When the membership ends, the Expert stops working and risk control is no longer applied to your account. If you have open trades or trade on a prop account, renew before the period ends.

The Mammoth Expert does not open trades for you — the decision and execution of entries always remain yours. It enforces money-management and risk-control rules on the trades you open yourself, including position sizing based on a risk percentage, limiting the number of open trades, and capping daily and consecutive losses. A trade without a stop loss is closed, and moving the stop loss further away after opening is not possible.

No. The Basic plan includes only an indicator licence. To use the Expert, choose the Iranian, Silver, Gold or Diamond plan. The 7-day trial also includes one expert licence.

Both tools are built for MetaTrader 5. Once your membership is active, support will guide you through installation. We recommend trying the Expert on a demo account first.

To get the indicator, first register on the Red Mammoth website and activate your desired plan. The indicator file will then be available through your user dashboard.

The Expert does not run on the mobile version of MetaTrader. The machine it is installed on must stay on, with MetaTrader 5 open and connected to the internet. You can leave your home computer running and place trades from your phone — the risk rules apply to those trades too. Any stop loss and take profit already set remain active on the broker's server even if the machine shuts down.

Check these in order: 1. The Algo Trading button in MetaTrader 5 is on (green). Error 10027 usually means it is off. 2. In the Expert's settings, Allow Algo Trading is enabled. 3. Your membership is active and an expert licence has been issued for this account. 4. Error 10017 means trading is disabled by the broker, on the account, or on that symbol. If you logged in with the investor password, use the main password instead. If the problem persists, take a screenshot of the Experts and Journal tabs and send it to support.
