Red Mammoth Terms of Service Last updated: 1405/06/14 (Iranian calendar) Welcome to the Red Mammoth website at investoport.com. Red Mammoth has been active in financial-market analysis, information, and intelligence since 2018, and since 2024 has offered part of its services to independent traders. These Terms set out the conditions for using the website, software, analytical and educational services, and service subscriptions. Registering, purchasing, renewing, or using the services means you have read and accepted these Terms. 1. Definition of the Service and the Nature of Red Mammoth's Activity Red Mammoth is a specialized group working in financial-market analysis, information, education, and money-management software. Its services, including the "Mammoth Indicator" and the "Mammoth Expert," are provided to assist with money management, risk control, trading discipline, and independent decision-making. Red Mammoth is not a licensed broker or brokerage, exchange, investment fund, portfolio manager, or investment advisor. This service is also not a Signal Provider or a provider of personalized trading signals or recommendations, and the Mammoth Expert is not an automated trading bot. The information, analyses, and tools provided are made available to the user for their own use, and responsibility for their use rests with the user. The final decision on entering and exiting a trade, position size, stop-loss, take-profit, execution timing, and other trading actions always rests with the user. 2. Mammoth Indicator and Mammoth Expert The "Mammoth Indicator" and the "Mammoth Expert" are money-management software that operate according to rules and parameters set by the user — including the number of daily trades, daily stop-loss, maximum consecutive losses, and other risk limits — to control and manage capital. The purpose of these tools is to create discipline and risk control and to assist the process of operating prop-firm accounts; however, they do not guarantee passing an account evaluation, preventing losses, or achieving profit. The Mammoth Expert is not an Auto-Trading Bot and does not make trading decisions on the user's behalf. Responsibility for the accuracy of the rules entered and their suitability for the account rests with the user. 3. Financial Market Risk Trading forex, gold, and leveraged CFDs carries very high risk and may result in the loss of part or all of the invested capital. No profit or outcome is guaranteed, and past performance, screenshots, certificates, or sample trades are not a guarantee of future results. No money-management tool can fully eliminate market risk. 4. User Responsibility The user is responsible for making and executing trading decisions, as well as for setting and controlling their own money-management rules. Before trading, the user must assess their own financial situation, knowledge, experience, and risk tolerance, and, where needed, test the tool's settings on a Demo account first. Red Mammoth does not guarantee that the settings chosen are suitable for the user's individual circumstances. 5. No Personalized Advice Red Mammoth's content is not personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The company does not individually review the user's financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, place of residence, or local regulations. Responsibility for assessing the legality of the activity and for obtaining specialized advice within the user's own jurisdiction rests with the user. 6. Scope and Limitations of Services The current analytical services focus on the symbols XAUUSD, EURUSD, GBPUSD, and USDCHF, and on the 15-minute, 1-hour, and 4-hour timeframes. Real-time analysis is currently provided for approximately 10 hours a day, starting about one hour before the London session — concurrent with Frankfurt — through the end of the London session. This scope and schedule may change for operational, technical, or market reasons, or at Red Mammoth's discretion. The company may, in compliance with applicable law and with appropriate notice where applicable, change the services, features, symbols, timeframes, hours, plans, and prices. 7. Technical Dependencies The tools' performance may depend on the internet, a server or VPS, intermediary software, a compatible platform such as MetaTrader, the trading account, and the broker's or prop firm's infrastructure. Red Mammoth is not responsible for internet or server outages, broker or prop-firm disruptions, data delays, slippage, price gaps, platform errors, system downtime, or other factors outside its direct control. Testing the tool and its settings on a Demo account before real use is recommended. 8. Subscription, License, and Login Management The current plans are: 7-Day Free, Iran Special (35 days), Basic (35 days), Silver (35 days), Gold (35 days), and Diamond (35 days). The number of logins per plan is as shown on that plan's page: Free 1, Iran Special 3, Basic 2, Silver 2, Gold 3, and Diamond 6 logins. A "login" means the connection or authorized allocation of the tool to a trading account or terminal. The user may manage and move their logins between different accounts as the system allows — for example, after an account passes an evaluation, reassigning that login to a different account. The decision and responsibility for allocating and managing logins rest entirely with the user, and Red Mammoth does not interfere in how they are used. A subscription is personal and may not be transferred, resold, rented, or used by a group. Copying, publishing, unauthorized distribution, reverse engineering, unauthorized modification of the software, and republishing of content are prohibited. In the event of a violation, Red Mammoth reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in accordance with applicable law. 9. Account and Password Security — Very Important The user must never send the password to a trading account, a prop-firm account, the site panel, email, a one-time code, or any other sensitive security information to Red Mammoth, its support staff, or any other person. Red Mammoth never asks for a password in order to provide services or support. Responsibility for protecting this information, and for the consequences of its disclosure or transmission, rests with the user. The user is required to read and fully comply with this section. 10. Iran Special Plan The Special Plan is intended solely for eligible Iranian customers. Red Mammoth has the right to review eligibility, and may restrict or cancel access if false information is provided, restrictions are circumvented, or the plan is abused. 11. Payment, Renewal, Expiry, and Refunds Each plan is activated, upon purchase, for the stated duration and features, and after expiry, access to features tied to the subscription may be suspended unless the subscription is renewed. Because Red Mammoth provides users with a 7-day free plan so that they can become familiar with, and evaluate, the environment, tools, and services before purchasing, no refund or reimbursement is issued after the purchase of a paid plan. The user is therefore responsible for making sure, before purchasing, that the service is suitable for their needs, and for using the free trial where possible. This policy is applied within the limits of applicable law. 12. Telegram The Telegram channel and bot are a secondary channel for notifications, text-based analyses, and supplementary content, and continuous access to them is not guaranteed. Red Mammoth is not responsible for filtering/blocking, outages, disruptions, removal of an account or channel, or changes to Telegram's policies. 13. Mammoth College Mammoth College is offered to teach the use of the tools, setups, and mechanical frameworks. The courses are for educational and informational purposes only and do not guarantee the acquisition of skill, income, profit, trading success, or passing a prop-firm account evaluation. 14. Intellectual Property The Mammoth Indicator and Mammoth Expert software, their code and structure, analyses, texts, courses, videos, bots, brands, and other proprietary content belong to Red Mammoth or the relevant lawful owners. Purchasing a subscription does not transfer any intellectual property, and the user's right is limited to personal, non-transferable use for the duration of the subscription. Copying, recording, reproducing, selling, assigning, or publishing the content or software without the rights holder's permission is prohibited. 15. Third-Party Brands and Courses References to methods, courses, individuals, or brands such as ICT, Michael Huddleston, or "Zero to a Thousand Forex" are made solely to explain the educational or analytical basis of the material and, unless officially stated otherwise, do not imply any partnership, representation, endorsement, sponsorship, or organizational affiliation with them. Rights to third-party brands and works belong to their respective lawful owners. 16. Data Sources and Analysis Red Mammoth's analyses are prepared by human analysts, not artificial intelligence or an automated algorithm. Sources may include market data, public and analytical sources, human sources, information infrastructure, and specialized terminals. The absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information is not guaranteed, and no confidential, unlawful, or insider information is used. 17. User Account The user is responsible for the accuracy of their registration information, for maintaining account security, and for reporting unauthorized use. Red Mammoth may restrict, suspend, or terminate access in accordance with applicable law in the event of a violation, misuse, or the provision of false information. 18. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, Red Mammoth is not liable for trading losses, loss of capital, failure to pass a prop-firm account evaluation, indirect losses, loss of opportunity, the user's incorrect settings, the money-management rules chosen by the user, or disruptions caused by the broker, prop firm, internet, server, or platform. Use of the services does not relieve the user of responsibility for their own decisions. Where legally permissible, Red Mammoth's total financial liability for any claim is limited to the amount the user paid for the most recent relevant subscription period. 19. Prohibited Conduct The following are prohibited: unlawful use; circumventing sanctions or the laws of the user's place of residence; providing false information to circumvent restrictions; misuse of the login system; unauthorized sharing, resale, or publication; reverse engineering; attempting to breach or damage the infrastructure; and unauthorized extraction of data. Responsibility for the lawfulness of using the services within the user's own jurisdiction rests with the user. 20. Privacy Information such as name, email, phone number, payment information, Telegram ID, login information, and technical data needed to provide the services may be collected and used for account management, providing and activating services, support, payment, security, and preventing misuse. Details will be set out in a separate Privacy Policy: the Privacy Policy will be published separately. Red Mammoth never asks for or stores the password to a trading account, a prop-firm account, or other sensitive passwords. 21. Changes to These Terms and Acceptance Red Mammoth may update these Terms as needed and will publish the new version on this same page. Continued use of the services after an update, within the limits of applicable law, constitutes acceptance of the new version. The user should read the latest version of these Terms before purchasing or using the services.
